Hank was born as Henry Randall Baskett III on September 4, 1982. He came into the public eye playing for the National Football League (NFL) for teams like Minnesota Vikings, Philadelphia Eagles, and Indianapolis Colts.

Hank grew up in Clovis, New Mexico where he played college football for the University of New Mexico. He was a leading wide receiver in college, which led to him receiving all-academic honors all his years at New Mexico.

Career

Baskett began his career in football when he was a college student. He was New Mexico University’s leading receiver in 2004 and 2005 before he was signed into the NFL. Baskett signed into the NFL with the Vikings in 2006 as an undrafted free agent. He was later traded to the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for Bill McMullen, a wide receiver.

Baskett went on to perform well with the Eagles and he was awarded Rookie of the Week honors for 112 receiving yards, one touchdown against the Dallas Cowboys, and 117 receiving yards and one touchdown against Atlanta Falcons.

Baskett began the 2009 season as a restricted free agent. He was given a one-year contract with the Eagles but was made expendable on September 15, 2009, to make room for Michael Vick.

On September 17, 2009, Hank signed a one-year contract with the Indianapolis Colts after Anthony Gonzalez suffered a knee injury. On February 8, 2010, the Colts released him after he failed to recover an onside kick against New Orleans Saints during Super Bowl XLIV. In March 2010, he signed a $800,000 one-year contract with the Eagles but was released on September 21, 2010.

On September 22, 2010, Hank re-signed with the Vikings. He played eight games in the 2010 season but the tender was not extended by the Vikings, resulting ti his release on March 3, 2011. He ended his professional career with the NFL in the same year.

Baskett began acting in the spinoff of The Girls Next Door, Kendra, which focused on his wife Kendra Wilkinson’s life after Playboy Mansion. The show ran from June 2009 and season three ran from October to November 2014. Baskett starred in the Kendra show from 2009 to 2011 and Kendra on Top from 2012 to 2017. At the same Baskett served as a co-executive producer on Kendra on Top.

Besides the show, Hank has also appeared in films like The Hungover Games (2014), and All American Christmas Carol (2013).
