The Career Life of Michael Imperioli
Michael played his first acting role in Martin Scorsese’s Goodfellas in 1990. This paved the way for other roles like Jungle Fever in 1991, Bad Boys, Malcolm X, The Lovely Bones, Dead Presidents, Lean on Me, I Shot Andy Warhol, and One Night in Miami which was done in 2020.
Before he focused on his acting career, he was a lead vocalist of the Jangle pop band Wild Carnations, they released their recordings in 1993 before they split up. He wrote five episodes and played the role of Christopher Moltisanti on The Sopranos from 1999 to 2007.

Michael’s Personal Life
Michael Imperioli was born in 1966 in Mount Vernon, New York. His father Dan was a bus driver and his mum Claire was an upcoming actress. He grew up in Brewster, New York, and attended Brewster High School graduating in 1983. He didn’t enroll in college but instead went to the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute to study acting with the support of his parents after they realized he wanted to be an actor.
He is married to Victoria Chlebowski and they live in Santa Barbara, California with their three children. Michael and his wife sold their home in Santa Barbara, which they bought for $1.6 million, for $1.86 million then moved to New York City in 2021.
Religion
Michael converted to Buddhism in 2008 and actively practiced Tae Kwon Do with his family.
