Career Life
After graduating from college, Cain joined the NFL Buffalo Bills as a free agent, during training, he got a knee injury and had to pause his football dream, which forced him to explore the entertainment industry. His role on ‘Lois and Clark’, in 1993, playing Clark Kent was his first big role as it aired from 1993 to 1997 for four seasons which had around 15 million views per episode.
He had his first feature in 1976 in the film ‘Elmer’ then ‘The Stone Boy’, his father’s film, in a supporting role in 1984 from there his next feature was in 1997 in a crime comedy ‘Best Man’.

Early life
Dean Tanaka was born on July 31 1966 in Michigan. His father Roger Tanaka was a us serviceman while his mother Sharon Thomas was an actress. He has an older brother Roger. And a sister Krisinda. Her mother remarried a film director Christopher Cain and they all moved to Malibu, California.
He graduated from Santa Monica High School in 1984 and attended Princeton University where he set a football record with 22 interceptions in 30 games by the time he finished college. He graduated with a bachelor of arts in history in 1988. He was awarded the John P. Poe Richard W Kazmaier, Jr. football trophy.

Love life
Cain dated actress Brooke Shields, her classmate in college, for two years. He went on to date Gabrielle Reece a volleyball player but they broke up. Mindy Mc Cready and Cain got engaged and this only lasted for a year. He dated a Spanish model Samantha Torres and had a son named Christopher but unfortunately, it ended in separation.
